Whenever we take a trip to Boulder we always stop in at the local gem, SALT Bistro! When you walk in the atmosphere feels tasteful, and welcoming. The menu is exquisite, leaving your pallet satisfied, and yet wanting to come back in again for the next mouth watering creation from the kitchen! I have to say the cocktail menu is anything but typical! Yes, you can still order your classics but SALT offers a truly exciting cocktail menu, by beverage director Evan Faber, that you really have to see to experience the unique quality of having your own little mixology creation right at your fingertips!
